Non-cheesy, anime character creation games?

I LOVE dress up games and for my age, that is weird ((haha)). Recently I've been watching a lot of anime and for a while, I've tried to draw anime but it's just not working. Are there any professional-looking games/sites that have anime character creation? And if I need to download it, is there any safe ones out there that won't ruin my computer? Things I'm looking for is eye selection, hair, eyebrows, clothing, eye color, lips, makeup, etc... Nothing childish with poor graphics. I know I may be asking for something that doesn't exist, but I would love to find something close enough to something that I'm looking for! ~Thanks. [=
