Mac OS X Lexmark Printer Software?

  • Answer:

Not sure why it says "powerPC not supported" when it the Mac mini you have can't be a PPC! 10.7.3 will not even run on a PPC! Are sure it has 10.7.3? Is it a new Mac Mini? Oh and check out your nearest Mac User Group! http://www.apple.com/usergroups/ Someone sure is in a pissy mod! Must have felt screwed by Apple! You need to take it in under warranty cause for some reason your new Mac Mini Thinks its Power PC and not an Intel machine! So you're not going to help us out here so we can help you??????

If lexmark doesn't have them, you're S.O.L.. That's one of the reasons people who know computers don't buy that over priced Apple garbage. It isn't compatible with anything. EDIT: Pissy? Not quite. Knowing that most printer mfgs have few printers that are compatible with Apple operating systems? I guess that boob can't comprehend that fact. YES I have a disliking for Apple. I was there when all the computer mfgs made a move toward compatibility for the benefit of the 3rd party software market. Everyone except Apple that is. Apple to this day still markets the most proprietary garbage on the market. The question itself is a prime example but then again, I realize a mindless boob who isn't aware of the truth wouldn't understand. I can hear his next utterance of ignorance. " But you can run Windows now on your Mac". Spend twice as much money for some proprietary crap to run Windows when you can buy a PC for half the price that already is compatible? When I buy a computer, I expect to use it. NOT hunt around trying to figure out how to get a piece of hardware to work with it especially after I've spent a fortune for it. I could care less if people listen to that misleading Apple hype. I'm here to tell the truth.
