Hi, Make sure you got the latest flash player: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer Then, when you're using FaceFlow, make sure you "Allow" your camera to be used. You might also need to Hover your mouse over your video, and select your appropriate camera from the menu of available cameras. Thanks
