Help! How to reformat a virus Computer or whatever it calls?

• My computer is hell.. Every time I turn it on there are no shortcuts and when i pop up my start button it's empty. No computer , control panel all of it. i'm using windows XP sp3 My motherboard is P5KPL-AM EPU Intel core 2 duo Intel hd gma something I forgot. My plan is to reformat and turn it to a fake windows 7 genuine from torrents. My drivers include to my computer is: P5KPL-AM EPU I think it's the driver for the mother board Samsung DVD Writer Nero it's full of nero stuff like nero backit up nero recode etc. And samsung syncmaster tft-lcd monitor. Thats all Can someone help me????? How to reformat and turn it to fake win7 Pls help me! Btw I have another laptop so i can download the win7 and other drivers required for that computer..

  Buy a Windows 7 disk from a legitimate source (e.g. a store) and boot from it. The installation will allow you to wipe out the existing installation. If you download a pirated copy (your "fake windows") then you have a couple of problems to begin with: 1. It is stealing. It is illegal. You could get into a lot of legal trouble, both criminal and being sued for big bucks. 2. You could be downloading more malware with the copy of Windows. Anybody who tells you how to accomplish this is breaking the law. You could download the consumer preview of Windows 8 from the Microsoft web site. It is different than Windows 7, it is beta, and it will expire when Windows 8 is formally released, but it is safe and legal. It will probably be several months before you have to worry about it expiring.
