How to add a custom search engine on my website?

I am making a website. I want to add a search engine on the website. I don't want the search engine to search any word on my website. like "Contact Us" and "User name". I want the search engine to only search by keywords or names for example if it is a website for local restaurants i want to be able to search only by name, location, etc. This is a example of what I don't want: HTTP://WWW.cracked.com if you search for "contact us" it gives me the websites contact info This is an example of what I want: http://www.muslimpagesdirectory.com/ if you search for "contact us" it does not show you the websites contact information it shows a business on that website that has the words "Contact us" related to it.
