Pc geeks, pls help. why the title texts of all my files(output) turn into green (something about encrypt)?
-
first of, i have a windows 7 pc. i noticed all of a sudden the title of my files like .dwg .rvt .docx .xcl. etc turns into green text (e.g. sample.docx: the "sample.docx" is green in my desktop). i noticed when i right click->properties and unchecked the "encrypt contents to secure data", the green title turns back to black default. it frustrates me, as i cannot open these files on different pc. how do i turn off the "encrypt..." by default so it's not making all my output files green.
