What is a quick way to get over a tough breakup?

  • we dated for 7 months and it was the happiest time of my life. but now since were not dating and things have gone far south in our relatinship. just this past weekend we had a blow out. now i we dont talk in classes and yes this is a highschool relationship and i have her the first 3 periods of my day and i see her all the time out of school wat do i do. i also think shes going out wit someone who unfortunatly was my friend and i have to work with him since we are both on the same firehouse. i wanna hurt both of them but i wont. but how do i get over it and them. i dont wanna get that feeling of uneasyness when i see her or them toghether. guys and girls wat is the best way to get over this and totally forget about them. thankz

Unfortunately, there is no quick way to get over a tough break up & also rowing with your ex won't help.. In my opinion the best thing to do would to confront them and asked, if they was your best friend they would tell you the truth :) Just speak calmly and show your peace even if it makes you uncomfortable for a while, admitting something will help you!

Unfortunately, there is no quick way to get over a tough break up & also rowing with your ex won't help..
