How do you talk to the guy that you like?

  • k so first off, how did you meet your bf/the guy you like? who talked to who first? and if your a girl how did you talk to him first?? were they attracted to you the first time you met him? sorry for all these questions its just that i dont know how to talk to this guy i like >.> not being conceited but ive been told that im pretty a lot, i work at hollister so i have to be. and i just dont know how to talk to guys i like. i mean i can talk to ANY guy, no problem as long as i dont think hes cute and how do you talk to him first? i dont want to seem annoying.. im just scared shiitttless and i feel like im boring and dont know how to make a joke around someone i like

    So I'm not going to go into detail, but I've met a lot of guys through my friends, or someone in my class. I'd have to say that my biggest peace of advice is to be yourself. I've made plenty of bad decisions, and the only thing I regret is not acting like myself (trying to be how I think that guy would like me to be). So just act normal :) I'm a very shy person around people that don't know me that well, but when I'm with family or friends I'm very outgoing, so just let your "inner self" come out! Try to find out his interests and bring it up. With a guy that likes to read I ask his fave book and if I've read it we have something in common! Or if you have a fave sport talk about that, guys love to talk about sports or cars. Guys are impressed with "guy knowledge" so use that! Just don't try and be "overly impressive". Goodluck :)

Me and the guy I like who likes me met at a fast food place by our school while waiting for our parents to pick us up. He new the girl I was sitting with so he started talking to us. He then asked my friend for my number an he started talking a lot. And later he told me he couldn't stop staring at me because I was pretty when we first met. He normally texts/calls/approaches me first but I think it's fine if you text/call/approach him first.
