How to get an older guy to flirt and cheat?

This guy has a girlfriend, but he says he 'likes to flirt and says I'm good at it so she doesn't need to know.' We've been talking for awhile now and I really want to kiss him, but he like loves his girlfriend. How can I get him to flirt more? What can I say to him to get him to want to hookup? I'm only asking this because if he's willing to flirt, then maybe he would kiss.

this...... so many levels of wrong....... im going to go ahead and tell you why 1) you are probably under aged (i can just tell) 2) you want to break up a loving relationship 3) can you say jail-bait? ( i know i said under aged, but now its about him going to jail, not about the morality of you actually sleeping together) 4) no guy is just "willing to flirt" so either he didn't say that or he wants more than just flirting now if after than you for some godforsaken reason still don't understand how messed up that is than the only thing i can advise you to do is wait, if he actually did say that he is willing to flirt with you im guessing his relationship isn't greatly stable and it may very well end soon, in which case he wil look for a rebound and there you go....... why in the hell anybody would want to do that is beyond me, though
