Because they're LOUD! and they might LOUDLY say something you don't want the whole class/school to know about. loud girls need duct tape or hit with a fap sock.

I know u will probly say ur not but its an intimidation thing....I'm a girl and I'm a loud blunt girl lol but its not in a rude way just funny...but sometimes if there's a girl louder I get like that and clam up! Weird but I do
You are probly quiet i am like this to i go to school with all rowdy girls so i just keep m mouth quiet there not the right one for me.
