Should i break up with him?

  • okay so my boyfriend is named Luke and a best guy friend named billy. well yesterday i was in a dressing room and i was texting like 30 people and my friend was yelling at me to hurry up because she wanted to go to a different store so i was rushed. well as soon as i could check my texts there were like 3 from Luke and a couple from billy. i couldn't respond very fast but billy and Luke were texting each other too. luke was talking to billy about how i wasn't responding to him because he wanted to break up with me for some reason. earlier in the day i had been texting billy (who likes me like that) and i said that me and luke weren't clicking. billy had told luke that and he thought that i wanted to break up so as soon as i could start looking at luke's texts they were saying things like i think it's time for us to go our separate ways because you are interested in other guys and we aren't clicking. we went through this whole break up thing that night but later on in the day i took him back so we are still together today. this morning billy was upset because he thought that we would finally be able to be together but we can't now because i am with Luke. earlier in the year i found out that Luke had been sex-ting with a girl named Emily but he promised me he would never do it again and i trusted him. today billy told me that Luke had also been talking to a 9th grader from his church and Luke was talking about how hot she was and how he was very happy that they were talking. billy also told me that luke and shannon (luke's best friend) always talk about how they hate my best friend and hate that i'm friends with her. they also talk about doing things with me.. if you get my flow. all three of these things sent me over the edge because i was already thinking about breaking up with him but i am really considering it now. i need to know what i should do because i want to make the right decision. also as soon as billy told me those things i was having a little bit of hate in my heart and a craving for revenge. i'm not sure how to get revenge though. there is this guy named steve in luke's grade that he doesn't like so i was thinking about breaking up with luke but then going over at lunch and flirting with steve just to make him mad!! luke also talks all the time about how we're never going to make it past the end of the year or even spring break.

    i kind of experienced the same thing and my boyfriend christian who is ur luke was doing the same thing like talking about other girls behind my back and stuff like that broke up with me and like three days later we got back together and it lasted like a week and i ended up getting my heart broken again and i have regretted it ever since and ur billy was my caleb was always there for me and i knew he wanted to date me but after i got fed up with christian and gave caleb a chance and right now we r currently dating and hav been for 6 months now, it was the best decision i ever made as for revenge i would either reccomend doing something with billy or flirting with steve and i would definatly consider dating billy, i can tell he really cares about u and if u do it will be a long relationship (hopefully) and it will not destroy your friendship if it ends -Good luck

i kind of experienced the same thing and my boyfriend christian who is ur luke was doing the same thing like talking about other girls behind my back and stuff like that broke up with me and like three days later we got back together and it lasted like a week and i ended up getting my heart broken again and i have regretted it ever since and ur billy was my caleb was always there for me and i knew he wanted to date me but after i got fed up with christian and gave caleb a chance and right now we r currently dating and hav been for 6 months now, it was the best decision i ever made as for revenge i would either reccomend doing something with billy or flirting with steve and i would definatly consider dating billy, i can tell he really cares about u and if u do it will be a long relationship (hopefully) and it will not destroy your friendship if it ends -Good luck

Caroline, If you don't like what your boyfriend says or does, just break up with him! You're not married, your kids and you do not need to commit yourself to anyone yet. I assume, you two are in High School? So, it's not "everlasting love" and he will most likely never play a part in your future, so just move on. P.S. You don't need to grieve over ANY guy, because most aren't worth the time. Especially at your age! Just have fun. Good luck and best wishes.

This is extremely ridiculous. Obviously, you need to pack your stuff up and move to a whole new town because the drama you have here is pretty effed up. Eff Luke, Eff Billy, Eff Emily, and brittney, and shannon, and elizabeth and steve. GTFO. And of course, break up with everyone and stop being a slutbag. Life is better that way.
