What can I do to make guys love me?

I often get criticized and guys Hardly ever take notice of me? im 14 years old, in year 10, im 5"8/9, im average weight/bra size, im blonde with medium length hair, i have blue eyes, i wear natural styled make-up, i wear mainly jeans and a t-shirt but skirts, shorts, dresses, bikinis etc on the off day in the year its sunny here (wales), i haven't got a welsh accent btw, im taking my maths GCSE a year early, im taking geography, sociology and history, ive never had a detention for something other then the odd time i forgot a ruler or calculator, my best friend teases me and often describes me as a nerd as i always do my homework, im top set for every class, i never class and get good grades. i usually hang around with some of the smartest people in my year, i see myself as being of average intelligence, i wish to proceed to uni and study to be a vet or anything with science, i have lots of friends and love to go out, i will literally go out anywhere, the beach is one of my favorite places in the world, i love just to go out on my bike and my old one liked died im getting a new one for xmas, i am also a qualified junior life guard and im able to patrol and borrow boards almost whenever, i love to play with my pets, i love kids and hope to start babysitting soon, i wish to start surfing as i am getting a board and my friend said she'd teach me, i love to joke and i love comedy, my friends see me as a good listener, empathetic, kind, friendly , loud and fun, people don't know me that well see me as quiet, hard working and nice, i rather hang with guys rather then girls although i have only gotten the confidence to do it in the past few months, but if it comes to the guy i have feelings for i tend to feel more comfortable talking to his friends, the guy and his friends see me as one of their friends apparently, im the kind of person who is ready for almost anything and will try to help anyone, this is me .... ( LOOK AT PROFILE PICTURE TO SEE A PICTURE OF ME) what do you think to me, what do you think to my description?x i really need help as i never have the courage to tell a guy im interested in that i am interested in him :/ any advice xx btw i do talk to him in school and on facebook. He is the only guy apart from guy from my school apart from one of my closest guy friends that i talk to online regularly x also ... i keep getting described as quirky by this guy i know? what could this mean?xx (definition of quirky?)

    Do you really not get any attention from guys?? Aww, I think you are cute! I'm a guy and I think you look pretty cute :) Don't listen to those people who try to make you feel otherwise. They aren't mature. Maybe you need to be more confident? I'm not sure if you are or not, but maybe you should try and act as if you don't care what they say. Maybe your school is just really dramatic? It gets better as you get older. I'm a senior in high school, and the girls and guys aren't as judging as they used to be. As you get older, it becomes more about what is on the inside than what is portrayed on the outside. For you, you seem to have both: you are pretty and you seem to have a great personality. You have nothing to worry about. Give it time, and the guys will be begging for you xD. Hope I helped! :D

How could you say that your so pretty. Whoever criticizes you their jealous. I bet guys stare at you. I could say your prettier than me.You should be proud of yourself. You should be able to date any guy you want that how cute you are.If he says no he is probably scared. By the way have good confidence about yourself, your pretty.
