Would guys approach a quiet and modest girl at prom?

Would guys stare at a girl, but not approach her because she is overweight?(size14)?

Well first of all, a size fourteen isn't really overweight I don't think! Well, depending on your height! I like to think of myself as attractive, and I'm slim and guys don't really approach me in public either. I don't think it really happens often to anyone really. /:
