Where do I break up with my boyfriend?

  • I want to break up with my boyfriend, because of many reasons. I have been with him for almost 7 months. My friends are telling me to call him and break up, but I know that is a horrible thing to do, so I want to do it in person. The problem is, I don't know when and where. My boyfriend lives an hour away from me and even then I don't know how to go to his house by himself, because the only bus that goes to his area is a bit dodgy and I wouldn't know where to stop. I don't want to tell him to come all the way to my house to break up. Meeting in the city is like a halfway point for us but it is too public, I don't want to break up in front of many people. Parks and stuff here, there are no buses to them and they are really far away from me... It's such a stupid question but I honestly don't know where is the right place to break up. I was thinking that my college is 10 minutes away from his house, so if I could ask him to come to my college, there are lots of empty parks there. Also I was going to do it this Friday night because that's when we usually meet, after his 6.30PM lecture. I don't know what to do???!!
