Hi, This can be a serious issue. If the mold is on top from dog urine, it may not be an issue. I do not recommend using bleach. I would use a Quality disinfectant with mold killing properties to it. This you can get at a Supply store and Home Dept or Menard's has a full line of Professional grade cleaning products. If you think it is a more serious problem that the wood is rotting and mold os part of that process, then the those planks need to eb removed. I would at this time consider using a professional contractor experienced in this area to perform the work. Below are so other options. If you are going to clean it by hand, I would try a Magic Eraser cleaning pad and plain water to clean the floor. Another little more expensive option is to use a Steam Floor Mop to clean the floor. My fisrt guess is that if it's black mold, get a testing kit at Home Depot or Lowe's so you know what you are dealing with. If its toxic mold then you should probably have a professional mold person come and take care of the problem. There is a lot of information out there about this.
