Help with tightening my stomach skin?

Back in July 2011 i weighed 240lbs. To date i have lost 100lbs but now am maintaining 145lbs and i am 5 foot 6 inches. For about 4 months i was using the weight machines at the gym and now for about the last month and half have been lifting free weights with my buddy 4 - 5 days week. Each day we tackle a different group of muscles. Long story short, i am starting to form a 6 pack but still have a good bit of extra skin at my stomach, which i know may go away in time but is there anything i can do to speed up the process? Or should i just continue what i am doing and give the skin time to go regain its elasticity? Side note, i am on the right amount of protein, fats and carbs for my workout, age, weight and height. I also consume about half my body weight, maybe a little bit more in ounces of water a day. I supplement protein twice a day right before and right after i workout as well. Any suggestions would be great, thanks!
