How many different B vitamins are there? And what do they do?

What would be the bad side of mixing vitamins such as: Vit d, Vit c, Vit b-complex and omega 3 fish oil? any?

I agree with answer number one. You should be fine mixing those vitamins. If I were you I would think about taking all natural whole food vitamins. They are so much better for you then those vitamins created in a lab. When you are eating whole food your body will take what it needs. You are on the right path though - I and many natural health doctors believe that Omega 3 and Vitamin D are nutrients you want to increase your levels in your body. Good Luck and carry on.
