Weight lifting is a good means to target your problem areas for men and women. It's not necessarily to become a bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

This may not work for everyone else, but it works for me, if I walk on a treadmill or outside for 45 minutes five days out of the week I usually lose 1 to 2 pounds a week, it may or may not work for you, but It's worth a shot if your up for it, I wish you the best of luck!!!!!

** So far I have lost 55 lbs. doing this in 3 years. Eat six mini meals a day. Exercise that you enjoy and before every meal, drink two tall glasses of water, (about 16 oz.) this will fill you up and you will automatically eat less, (meaning less calories). This really works, so be patient. Good Luck to you
