  • Im 14 years old and im going into JV next year for football and i going for the running back position. And i want to do a lot of workouts that can help me gain strength and get in shape for running back. So like workouts that will help me run over people, away from people like juking and cutting back, explosiveness, elusiveness, and acceleration and being able to shake people off and get faster. Any and every workouts will be helpful. And i can do a lot so dont be afraid to post a lot.
