When did this building burn?

Can I burn off my belly fat while building muscle on my chest, back, and arms?

  • I'm working out as much as I can (im trying to do it every day). I want to finally get rid of my belly fat. I'm not fat, but I have that pesky chub that hides the abs. I want to try to burn it off, or at least greatly reduce it, but beach season. (Here in NH that's usually mid June) So I take a protein shake (Whey Protein Isolate by Precision Engineering) when I wake up and after my workouts (I'm probably going to start taking one before a workout too). I also take Casein protein before i go to bed. On top of that I;m eating healthy. I usually run 2-3 times per week. It's roughly a 3-3.5 mile run. I sprint certain parts and jog the others. With what I'm doing, will I be able to build upper body muscle and strength as well as burn off belly fat?

    Burning fat can not be done in a specific area deliberatly. Eventually you will burn the fat and notice changes all over your body. However gaining muscle mass is different. Google 'excersizes for arms' for example. There are also really good videos on YouTube for workouts to gain muscle. Dead lifts and squats with a bar Bell are really good cause they work your whole body. Run as much as you can and drink water while you run. Well good luck.
