What's The Best 3 Day Split Workout Routine?

What's the best 3 day split workout routine along with the exercises I should do? Something suitable for a 5'5.5'' 130lbs guy that will allow me to gain muscle. So nothing too easy and nothing extremely hard, just something challenging but doable. And also something that can be done within 60 minutes or so. Please and Thank You!!

Try this bro Monday: benchpress, incline db press, dips Tues: HIIT cardio 20 min (on treadmill) Wed deadlift, pull-ups, bb rows, Thur: HIIT cardio Fri: squat, lunges, be military presses Sat&sun: off It's very basic, on bench, squat & deadlift I do 5sets of 5 reps with the same weight! Then every week add 5 lbs, exempt deadlift add 10lbs everything else is 3-4 sets of 6-8 reps, I take rest periods of 30 to 60 sec, I do not do any concentration exercises they have nothing to do with building muscle! Workout should take you less than 30 min the reason I do HIIT cardio is to keep my metabolism burning I never do more than 20 min as it could interfere with my muscle growth & strength you don!t have to do any cardio if your just focused on mass, I do it to burn off excess bodyfat, keep it simple keep it intense and stay away from those god dam concentration exercises!

Day 1: Back, Traps, Biceps Day 2: Rest Day 3: Rest Day 4: Legs, Abs Day 5 Rest Day 6: Chest, Triceps, Shoulders, Forearms Day 7: Rest Pair it with good diet and you're all set.
