How to maintain fresh and radiant skin all day?

How many bottles of water shoul i drink a day. help please.?

  • hello, I know that you should have a certain number of "glasses" of water a day but i use a regular 16.9 fl oz (.5 liter) bottle and refill it through my fridge with water (dont worry ive been re using the same bottle for weeks and re-washing. not a new one everytime) basically i am trying to maintain healthy skin (acne sufferer :( ) so basically through out the day i drink strictly water and refill my bottle. trying to drink a good amount. so how many of these bottles should i have for a healthy diet? i know they say 8 glasses a day, so how many bottles of water would that translate to about? thanks (:

    well 8 glasses is like 8 cups in a liquid mesureing cup so thats 64oz and devide that by 16.9 so 3 or 4 should do it i think.
