What's the best weight loss supplement that I can get? And work out for weight loss.?
-
Pretty self explanatory, I want help to loose weight I need advice. I'm willing to take supplements but I don't know what the most effective ones are. I'm desperate to loose weight and all I can think about is how fat I am. I'm about 165ish and I'm only 5 foot 2 1/2 (like the half makes a difference!) I really need help guys, I used to be 135- 140lbs and since I got my job at McDonald's in April 2011 I gained that much weight :'( Also, I am a 36E so some weight is in my chest. Please, no insulting comments about my weight, bra size or how McDonald's is bad for you (which it is, I eat a wrap with no chicken, small fry and juice at work) I really need help and I don't want to go back to my eating disorder I had 1 1/2 years ago. It took me a long time and a lot of help from my now fiance to get over it and then I blew up like a balloon -.- Thanks!

It's hard to pick the best weight loss supplement nowadays because there are so many on health store shelves. And the best weight loss supplement for you doesn't have to be the most popular one, or what your friends are talking about. That's because our bodies are each unique and individual. And that is why its always a good idea to consult a doctor or other health professional before you put your tailored weight-loss plan into operation. Your family doctor may tell you to lose weight to stave off complications like Type 2 Diabetes, and thus save your life. In extreme cases, health professionals may choose to ignore the known side effects of chemical-based weight loss supplements. They want to save your life, and they calculate the results will be worthwhile for you. There are many weight loss supplements on the market which claim they speed-up the process of losing weight. Weight loss supplements certainly have their place in helping you to lose weight. The best weight loss supplements help you jump-start your initial weight loss. Once this happens and you can see and feel that you're getting results. Then you are motivated more to keep up the good work and stick with your weight-loss plan. The best way you can lose weight is always going to be through a pre-planned exercise regimen, together with a nutritionally-balanced, calorie-controlled weight-loss diet. It takes effort and determination, but it is possible to change your lifestyle to a healthy one that's good for you. And, hopefully, you can live with this happily ever after. We're all very aware that obesity is a number-one problem in the USA and many other developed countries. We're so darned civilized that almost no-one exercises naturally any more. The human body was designed to be used for manual labor. Only three or four generations ago, most men walked around 15 miles every day just doing their daily work. And women walked about half that distance. Kids still walked to and from school. In India, Africa, Asia and South America where the poorer people still walk around like this every day. Is it any wonder that they are mostly skinny? And we are mostly overweight? We have such a variety of tempting foods and snacks available in the stores that too many of us are eating ourselves into an early grave. It's ironic. Half the world's population haven't got enough to eat, and the other half of us are eating ourselves to death and failing to exercise our bodies. And the best weight loss supplement is the one you actually use. Think about it.

This was my life..I would eat McDonald's...large fries, double cheeseburger with ketchup and onions only, eatra cheese (2 of them, usually),sometimes an apple pie and tea.I ate like this nearly every day....shot up to 180 lbs (and I'm approx 5' 1).Then I went to the doctor and was told I was borderline diabetic (after watching my mom suffer with it for years,it really scared me) so I started eating a lot of fish....mostly grilled talapia and salads. This was extremely hard to do for me since I didn't care for salads and was somewehat addicted to eating out all the time, but I didn't want this diabetes to come over me like it did my mom...And I would walk around the neighborhood starting at 15 minutes one day,20 minutes the next day...and so on until I was walking 2 hours about 1-2 times a week (of course, the more you do it,the faster you lose I think). And I lost 40 lbs in I THINK it was 3 or 4 months...You don't want to overdue it and exercise til you faint or whatever..It takes time to lose weight the healthy way. Then I decided to quit smoking and I gained 20 lbs,so I'm about 160 now.I currently exercise on the treadmill going 3 MPH for a half hour at least 4 times a week. And drink a LOT of water and keep hydrated.I also enjoy going to our local parks and walking the tracks there.I also have 5 lb weights on my arms to work them while I walk...Not a good idea to use them to walk for your legs..It will cause pressure on your feet and cause blisters..OUCH!!
