No honey, spot reduction is just not possible you need to target the whole body. Natural and safe weight loss falls between 1-1.5 lbs a week. Stick to 1200-1500 cal a day, once a while treat yourself but never go beyond 1800. Always start with stretches and best way is to practice yoga everyday. I'm not sure how much time you have to 'craft' a lovely abdomen, but I can give you three examples: Yoga poses - almost any of them requiring you to balance or hold a pose like plank. Yoga uses the core which will improve your posture, and tighten your core muscles (all the way around your midsection). Pilates - intense core training and tightens everything. I personally think it tightens better than yoga (short term). Also improves posture which makes everything look better. Ab Ripper - Courtesy of Tony Horton of P90X. 11 exercises, 25 reps each, total core workout. Works all of your abdominal muscles Hulu has pilates and yoga videos available as does Netflix. Nothing is fast and it takes time and patients if I were you I would run a lot more cutt back of fat foods make sure you eat three times a day to speed up your calorie burn and also do ab crunches and always stretch I run 2.5 miles everyday and do all of my upper body strength every other day and only drink water that is key no sugar

first, suck in your stomach. but thats only for tightening and APPEARING like you have a flat tummy. but to get a flat stomach, and maybe some muscle, to leg lifts, crunches, sit up, planks and running. hope this helped!
