How to increase height?

i am a 15 year old boy.....with a strict workout routine and diet.i fall ill very less often and am a healthy athlete...a lot healthier than my friends :P neway,i am 5' 6 not a particularly impressive height i am taller than many of my friends,but not all....i mean some of em are 5-6 inches taller....how can i increase my height?

Heights is usually always dominated by Genetics. How short are your parents? If you are their size or slightly taller then them, chances are you wont grow very much more. Another factor is puberty. If you hit puberty late then you have a good chance of getting taller quicker. If you hit puberty somewhat early then most of your growing is finished but you might put on one more inch by senior year. There are no amazing magic ways to get taller. However you sound like you are on the right track. Get lots of nutrition and calcium. Get TONS of calcium. Bigger bones means bigger you. Work out and play sports alot. Also greatly emphasize stretching/callisthenics. Posture is also important. Walk as tall and as straight as possible and over time this will add a handful of centimetres to your height.
