Shaved steak meakes the best Philly Cheesesteaks. To start, saute some thinly sliced onion and green bell pepper. Saute until they get a nice color on them. Remove from pan and set aside. Add a bit of oil (if they steaks have some marbling of fat you won't need much, if not so much fat add a bit more oil). Cook the steaks to how you like them, add the onion and bell pepper back to the pan, stir it all up, put cheese on top and when it starts to melt, scoop that stuff onto a large bun and there you are. You don't have to do the onion and bell pepper part, but it tastes pretty darn good with it.

Take a hot saute pan with very little oil and a spatula once the meat hits the pan it should sizzle then use the spat and start shredding it...place the meat on some bread put the cheese on top and bam dude...
