In all cases you apply F=(kq1q2)/(r^2). q1 and q2 are the charges and r is the distance b/w them. value of k is approx 9x10^9 F/m. 1.in the formula put in values for q1(=)q2, and r and you get 6.25x10^-8 N. 2. Put q1 and q2 as charge on an electron(1.6x10^-19 C) and F as given and find r. answer is 6.25x10^18 m 3. Same drill just find charge. answer is 3.04x10^-14 C. Oh yeah my answers may be very wrong so just work them out and check. but the method is fine i think.
