How to open another paypal Verified account?

I had an ebay account and it was suspended because they found out I had 2 seller accounts. There was no way of getting them back. I am trying to open another ebay seller account but the problem is that I need a verified paypal account that I can link my ebay account to. I dont want to open another bank account and I dont have any more credit cards I can use. My brother has a paypal account so if I make up a dummy account that I link up to ebay, I can transfer the money I receive from my dummy account to my brothers account. What methods can I use to open a verified paypal account with out using any of mine or my family members names and information? I really appreciate any feedback or helpful comments. Thanks

They did not suspend you for having two seller accounts. I have a dozen and they are fully aware of them. It is in their rules that you can have more than one seller account. PayPal allows you to link several account to a single PayPal account. You were kicked off for something you don't want to tell us about instead. Don't come here with half truths and expect anyone to help you.

PayPal allows you to link several account to a single PayPal account. You were kicked off for something you don't want to tell us about instead.
