Best pking gear for my level and stats on Runescape?

Hey i really want to go pking and i am not that good at it but i am not too bad. I don't know what to wear that i will get kills with and will be best for me. My stats are 99 strength, 90 attack, 85 defence, 93 constitution, 55 prayer :/, 72 range and 83 mage. What should i wear for pking that will be perfect for these kind of stats. I don't really want to risk too much because i only have 12m. Thanks!.
