Can an adult use junior snowboard?

What Sims 3 mod can I use to enable Adult sims to have Young Adult children?

• It seems kind of stupid that EA allows young adults to have teen children, but disallows adults from having young adult children... Why EA? Anyhow, I use XCAS as a core mod. . . and a'm not willing to give up its ability to edit the "nude" outfit in CAS (so Awesomemod is out of the question) and MasterController. Right now I am trying to make an adult (in CAS) with a young adult child. Anyone have any Idea how I can accomplish this?

  create a family with the adult sims and their children (like teenagers or something) then go to game options while you're playing and click the box that says "enable aging" so the tick is out and they won't age anymore. then put in the cheatcode "testingcheatsenabled true" and shift click on the children and say "trigger age transision" until they are adults too. then you can turn the aging on again if you want and they will be adults and so will the parents :)
