Know of any recent and good single-player games? (Don't say Mass Effect 3)?

Asura's Wrath is ........ different. Great story, brilliant narrative...... Gameplay, feels a bit ...... off, in my opinion. Feels more like an interactive anime. Still good, would recomend it as a rental or borrow it from a friend for a weekend. As far as SxT is concerned. I'm waiting for whatever hyper/mega/ultimate/super edition Capcom will release, and they will, it's just a matter of when. Remember, Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3 only took 9 months. The Witcher 2 is out on consoles next month and that was brilliant. If you have a PC then get it today. Great game! Kingdoms of Amalur: Rekoning is generic in terms of RPG narative but the gameplay is fun and engaging. Kind of a Diablo meets Fable feel to it. *Jack* Answer the question, if he doesn't like it, he doesn't like it. Not our concern why.

I can't even think of anything that has come out recently that I'd consider good that isn't Mass Effect. I guess the last one might have been Assassin's Creed Revelations or Skyrim (can't remember which came out first of the two). Personally I have just been snagging older games that I have missed cheap off eBay. Assassin's Creed III is due out later this year I think Octoberish. It is still a few months away. And I have zero faith in Bioshock: Infinite in general just because the Bioshock was a complete perfect game. It has a deep dark story straight out of an Ann Rand novel, the game was pretty unmerciful at time and the difficulty curve was exactly where you want it to be. Then they **** it up with Bioshock 2 ... so I don't have faith they can do Bioshock: Infinite any justice that you could put it up against the original.

whats wrong with mass effect? *rox* just curious, but your right Here are some games you would probably like- soul calibur 5 (a really good fighting game) skyrim is a great rpg if your into those I highly suggest getting the new assassins creed if you played the other ones that is. Portal 2 is a must play and im not sure when its coming out but there's going to be a new tomb raider (Its going to be great)
