Why does Yahoo allow the questions and answers to be private?

Narathzul Arantheal, why will Yahoo Answers not allow me to click on your questions?

    Because you've been blocked for being a shamelessly offensive troll. I state on my profile page that I block people who are shamelessly offensive. Edit: That's true, I have no such legal right. I do however have the right to block people on YA because when you joined you agreed everyone has the right to block people here. You agreed by clicking on that tiny check-box which said "I agree to the terms and conditions of this website". But I try not to block people unless it's justified, which I feel it is in this case. Questions are kinda like traffic, and it takes just one person to create massive congestion.
