It does seem difficult to believe they aren't having sex considering the way some scenes are shot and how they look on the screen, and I supposed it's possible, but in 99.99999% of the cases they aren't. Of course Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer fell in love and got married after a couple seasons of appearing on True Blood in which they played a couple who had frequent sex. It's REALLY difficult to believe they didn't have sex on the set as their personal relationship took shape. You'd have to ask one of them whether they did IT during the filming.
