First you need to upload your picture banner online, using Tinypic: http://tinypic.com/ or Photobucket: http://photobucket.com/ ImageShack etc. Where do you want to place your banner? Anyway here's the html: <img src="url"> (Just replace the word url with your banner picture's url.)
