Why do I have problems with texting through yahoo?

Problems with my HTC hero?

• I got this phone, and it irritates me to no end, but they won't take it back. I spent the money on it, so I'm gonna use it one way or the other. It is an HTC Hero, and it has many, many problems: - I keep getting this popup that says "Data Call Failure: Error code 67. Registration failure. Your web username and/or password may be incorrect. Please try again." It comes up while I'm calling, playing games, using internet or not, when I'm texting, and when I havent even touched my phone for a half hour. I looked in the settings, I messed with everything possible, and It won't stop, and it is the most annoying popup, it doesn it every five minutes. It's not an incorrect gmail passowrd, because I can get stuff form the store and all that without issues. - Is there any way to get my yahoo email on the preset email app? (without downloading a separate one). I only made a gmail so i could use this dang phone, but the email i have used for the past ten years is yahoo. - My screen overheated and shattered, belive it or not. (Apparently the warrenty doesnt cover it) Where can I find a screen replacement for this phone? I've looked online, I can find one for $50. Other screens I see come as low as $20, so if I don't have to spend that much I don't want to.
