Kindergarten activity ideas, please? I am on an internship?

Please need help on presentation?

• What can I do for a 30 minute presentation on nutrition my professor is going to my internship for observation. I have already done workshops at the intership facility each an hr but I don't know what topic to do since I have covered so many topics such as essential nutrients, count calories, dining out, drinks how much sugar are in them, how to read a food label. I dont want to do a same topic since the people attending this workshops are usually the same and don't want to bored them. What should I do I also have to use a board which I created with the six essential nutrients since the supervisor wants me to use that. Please help any ideas or an activity I can do. Oh and I usually get really nervous when giving a presentation especially that my intership professor is coming to observe me. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

  Why don't you cover the latest hot topics in nutrition and their pros, cons, or unknown facts? Right now "pink slime" in meat, plastic bottles and corresponding hormones disruptors, and removing antibiotics from meat are hitting the health news regularly. You could do one or all three. Explore the role of the FDA and USDA. Tell people how they are directly affected. Those topics are still unknown by a lot of people so they are fairly interesting since your group already seems to know basic nutrition.
