How can I get the Microsoft updates that downloaded but didn't install off my hard disk drive?

I'd recommend you make of list of things that continually want to be installed, and look on Microsoft's website for repair instructions. I've had issues with .NET components in the past, that required I essentially remove the component, then reinstall. [EDIT: "They are .NET 4 updates. I've tried to Fix It solution on Microsoft and it did not work. Now all I want to do is remove them from my computer." You cannot.
