Im using a drop shipper on amazon. Can i just take his money?

ok so met this guy on the internet. I use him for drop shipping items that i sell on ebay and amazon. Recently this has caused me to have both ebay and amazon accounts closed. This is a private drop shipper. Not a company. I sell products and email him addresses he ships. Relationship is good for 3 months. But since my accounts are closed. I am wondering what if i just don't send him the money. If i just keep it and never talk to him again? is that illegal? There was no contract or anything. I would get money take out fees, and send his cut. My cut was 30%. Any thoughts?
