Non-White Americans: How do you respond when a racist white tells you to "Go back to your country" ?

Cricket? Im still alive....and according to Weschler and Raven, I have an IQ well above the vast majority of humanity... It does not take a great amount of intellect to neglect ones hygiene. Quite the opposite in fact. So, your ancestors did NOTHING stunningly brilliant by fearing the soap and tub...they simply allowed several more micro organisms to form on their bodies than native Americans ever did, then transferred these micro-organisms to Natives upon contact, thus infecting hundreds of millions of indigenous peoples with foreign illnesses. THAT is what mostly did my ancestors in. From that point on, it was sheer numbers and levels of comfortable brutality that gave your ancestors the disadvantage. 10 to 1 is a very unfavorable odd, especially if those 10 are willing to go to levels of barbarianism that the 1 is not, due to moral standards ;) Now, oh superior Cricket, I would really like to ask you how many "redmen" you personally killed. OR are you taking credit for something you never did? Such typical narcissistic behavior. Snap out of your fantasy, you personally have never done anything great or significant. Me on the other hand? Thanks to your ancestors barbarianism, I am now considered rare and unique, there are precious few of my people left. Because of this, everything about my existence is considered something special, my language, my home, my families stories, our traditions, anything relating to the preservation of our culture is celebrated...Because despite all odds, we continue to persevere. I individually have received several awards and praise for the efforts I have made in my life to maintain my peoples culture and history. You? Probably the best you have ever done was get a pat on the back by a pleased manager or school librarian. Me? I was teaching my tribes language, in addition to developing the curriculum through which I did so, by the time I was 15. I got paid $40 an hour to do so, and received a scholarship to an outstanding private school, where I completed my high school education. That was just the beginning ;) You Cricket, are nothing. You do not belong here. You are no more indigenous to this country than the zebras bred at the local zoo are. Yes you were born here. But that does not make up for the thousands of years worth of living here my people have on you. Your attitude does not make you anymore welcome. Several people in my family are non-native. I'd do anything for them. People like you? Psh...I just hope you commit some serious enough crime to get landed in jail and out of regular society sometime soon. To answer the question, I pity racists. I believe racism is the ultimate form of low self esteem. Racists have no sense of GENUINE self pride, they have accomplished nothing in their life that is of any significant value or is beneficial to humanity in general, so they take it out on other humans. They convince themselves that somehow, the way the genetic lottery played out their way was the winning ticket and all those who came out with darker skin lost...Only when I am mistaken for Latina or when I was married to a Muslim have I ever been told to "go back to my country". Each time sparked a different reaction from me, always ending with the idiot who made the statement realizing what an idiot they are.
