What is the criteria for mba marketing?

Hi frnds,my graduation background is compsci..so should i go for mba in it or mba in marketing?

i given the cat 2011..but got less percentile 20.83 ...i also given the maharashtra mba cet 2012..(results not declared yet)..some people says..pgdm has more value than mba..pgdm colleges only available through cat..mba colleges available through cet...so what should i do know..should i go for pgdm or mba...also which specialization should i choose..marketing or it(only these i can go for)..pls let me know your info..thanks my teacher says.."even if u go for mba in marketing..u will be responsible for marketing IT Products.. so choose wisely" or can i go for pgdm or mba course which offer dual degree that IT+Marketing if yes..kindly give me the names of colleges in mumbai,pune i would be very gratefull to all of you guys..thanks one again.
