How do you deal with the back pain caused from an epidural?

What could my back pain be caused by?

  • In my lower back i tend to suffer from back pain varying from mild to severe. It feels like a pressure inside my spine, and i think it may have gradually got worse. It gets worse by standing up for a long time, and recently iv been finding it hard to walk after staying stationary over a long period of time. If i bend over to pick something up, my lower back clicks, and i don't just mean once and quietly, i mean about 7 times in different places which can be heard from across the room. I'm not sure if this is related to it, but recently there's been bruising along my lower back in alignment with the spine. I'm only 16 so wasn't sure if it would be anything like arthritis and haven't been to the doctors yet as i wasn't sure if it was that serious. Thankyou in advance :)

If you happen to have grew up walking and sitting with bad posture this could be a possible reason. Not to scare you though it kinda sounds like Scoliosis which is an abnormal curving of the spine. Your spine is your backbone. It runs straight down your back. Everyone’s spine naturally curves a tiny bit. But people with scoliosis have a spine that curves too much. The spine might look like the letter “C” or “S.” If you do have it, it could be severe or minor but regardless there could be a chance that the bruises could be from the plates in your spine being crooked and pinching your nerves which is not good and would require surgery.
