How to get smooth armpits?

Girls: How to get smooth armpits without waxing!!! Please Help!!!?

  • I have dark brown hair. When I shave my armpits, I always cut myself and there are still little stubs of hair left and you can kind of still see them. How can i get them extremely clean and smooth by shaving. My mom won't let me get them waxed because I'm only 14. I guess I can use Nair but I heard it hurts a lot. Please help because I want my armpits to look nice since summer is coming up. Thank you! =]
