Do colleges look at Middle School Grades?

I know that most colleges don't look at middle school grades, but my situation is unique. Most of the freshman at my high school take geometry and algebra 1, which I've already taken in Junior High. However, I received a C on one of my trimester grades for Algebra in 7th grade, and a low B for one of the trimesters in 8th grade for geometry. The rest are all A's. I'm a prestigious student, and am looking to go to an excellent Ivy league or private school, such as Stanford or Harvard. Will these 2 grades affect my chances of getting in? Thanks

All they are concerned with is that you went to school, went to high school and what you did during your high school years. All you had to do was ask your college advisor about this...or the colleges you're interested in.
