you cant make it 100% private to non-friends, because anytime one of your friends likes or comments on something you do, it gets shared thru the ticker with all of that person's friends too http://abrax.us/Facebook/PrivateTicker.php here is how to hide your friends http://abrax.us/Facebook/PrivateFriendsTimeline.php as for anything else on your profile, you use the audience selectors for each item to control the privacy for that item
