What are these little red itchy bumps on my arm?

Little red bumps on arm, dry skin?

  • I have had these little red bump things in my arm that kind of look like pimples. I have had it fir years and curious as to what it is and how to get rid of them bc they arnt the most flattering. I think it's from dry skin but they are still there after I lotion alot. it seems to be a lot worse in the winter. does anyone kno what this is and how I can diminish it a bit?
