What is the new song out that sounds like it's by Outkast?

I can't find a song I'm obsessed with...help?

• It's sung by a black man...at first I thought it was sung by OutKast but I didn't find anything close to the song I was searching for. The chorus is something like "o-o-oh, o-o-oh, o-o-o-o ..." and then a part I couldn't understand. I first listened to it more or less than five years ago. It's close to indie, I guess, and the instrumental is only guitar, if I remember correctly. The video contains black people, a small region (from an island?), cigarettes and a bar. It's fast, but not too fast. This is all I can remember. Please, if it sounds similar to anything you've ever listened, let me know. Thank you.
