Wheres the best place to buy party dresses for under $100?

  • My 8th grade formal is coming up, and i dont want to freak out at the last minute because i dont have a dress. My mom agreed to pay up to $100 for the dress. I know i could just go to Macys or something, but i dont want my dress to be like anybody elses. So wheres the best place to buy a unique party dress for under $100? Thanks!
