What to wear to a modeling/acting interview?

Can I wear the same outfit to a callback interview?

  • I'm a Computer Science major, about to finish up my fourth year in college and graduating next year. I had a job interview early last week for a software development position. They contacted me the day afterwards and said they felt I "could definitely be a great fit" for the position, and asked me back for a second interview late this week. The problem is that I pulled out all the stops and wore my sharpest looking outfit the first time around - a modest, professional skirt/jacket suit (well above the dress code standards if I get the job). Now I don't know what to wear to the second interview. Should I wear something that isn't as nice to the next interview, just so it's not obvious that I wore the same thing again? If so, what sort of look should I go for? Can I wear the same outfit again, hoping that the two guys doing the interviewing won't notice or care? Or do I have to go buy something new this week? (This will be difficult, as I don't have the time, money, or transportation to do so.)

    If the interviewers were male they will not even notice. If you are nervous just wear a different blouse with it and accessorize a bit differently. Because really, men wear the same suit for weeks at a time and they do not care. Or even notice if each other are doing so. If you ask a man who say you yesterday what you were wearing they yesterday the chances are next to zip they would know. If anyone says anything joke that it is your lucky interview suit.

Was it 2 men? Chances are they never even noticed what you were wearing! I think you can wear the same thing twice. You could even just wear a different shirt or go out and buy a new shirt and skirt, even if you don't get the job, they are bound to come in handy some day.
