What is considered a regular cycle?
-
Okay, i've been on my cycle since i was 10 years of age (9 years). I started out with a regular cycle and as i got a little older, it started to become irregular. Since october of 2011 i've been having what i consider regular cycles. The reason i say that is because i'm not on the 28 day cycle i usually get my cycle between 30-35 days and have been for 5 months now so is this considered as being on a regular cycle schedule? if you need more detail i can give you this October my cycle came on the 17th and come on the 17th in November as well equaling 31 days In December i came on the 19 and that was 32 days between November and December. in January i came on the 21 and that was 33 days between December and January and then in February i came on the 25th equaling 35 days between January and February. if you need more detail i can give you this October my cycle came on the 17th and come on the 17th in November as well equaling 31 days In December i came on the 19 and that was 32 days between November and December. in January i came on the 21 and that was 33 days between December and January and then in February i came on the 25th equaling 35 days between January and February.

Answer:
yeah thats perfectly fine. its consistent so no need to worry. its different for all women. since you are 18-19 maybe go on birth control to get it down to a 28 day cycle...if thats what you want. don't be scared of BC either, theres different dosages and it really doesn't make you gain any weight.

hi. i had that same problem too. i had my annual exam and was advised by that doctor that the menstrual cycle does change and it is normal. you really don't have to worry. when your menstrual cycle it means that there are hormonal changes in your body or there are some factors that affect it like your eating or lifestyle change (like stress). The doctor told me that they considered the menstrual cycle irregular if u have been delayed for a couple of weeks or months. Hope this helps.
