Why is my HP Toolbox not working?

I have a new hp pavlion dv6t gaming laptop and it isnt working properly?

• it has a intel 3000 and 7690M XT with 2 gigs of gdd5 memory ddr3 ram and intel i7 processor clocked at 2.2ghz that goes up to 3.1 most of my games all shutter and drop massively in frames when i put them in the highest settings i call hp and they told me that my high performance gpu cant fully utilize itself with the switchable Graphics drivers provides by them they said that the drivers don speak the same language as the 7690 chip so i would have to go in my bios switch the Graphics switch from auto to fixed i did that and my games all still shudder i tried the catalyst from amids site but it performed even worst so i called back hps tech line and they said that they are working on a fix and have no idea when my they will have a fix so my next step was to see if my card just didn't have the resource to run the games in ultra so i downloaded gpuz to see if that was the case and it wasn't at all battlefield 3 in the highest settings only uses 1282 of the 2 gigs of dedicated crysis 2 only uses 637 of the 2gigs and conviction uses even less than crysis 2 i am just at a loss of answers here other than the one hp tech line gave which was that their switchable graphic drivers hamper my gpu Performance is there anything else i can do other than wait on hp to fix their drivers other than what i have already tried i just dont want to wait on hp so i can enjoy the full Beauty of my games is there anything else i can do????? or am i just stuck with hps incompadible drivers and BTW how you put out a gpu with no drivers is beyond me

  Its a Laptop,, Gaming or not, Its still a laptop. Run the games in a lower setting. thats all u can do.
